- A specialist reviews your documents and contacts you if anything needs to be fixed.

Case-by-case. Sponsor readiness, work authorisation approvals and immigration system status drive timing.
Restrictions and review
High complexity. Visio is not the sponsor — the Indonesian employer must qualify and provide work authorisation. Every case is reviewed by a specialist before any filings.
Payment and refunds
Payment is taken upfront before we submit the application. It covers government fees and our team's work. For complex cases (KITAS, PMA, C12) part of the payment may be non-refundable once filings start — we always tell you before you pay.
Government fees are non-refundable once the application has been filed. The service portion can be refunded if we have not started work yet. Processing times are estimates — Indonesian immigration may delay decisions and Visio is not liable for those delays.

No. Decisions are made by Indonesian immigration. Visio prepares accurate documents and supports your application, but we cannot guarantee approval.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. We start work after payment because government fees are paid in advance.
Need it faster?
We do not sell faster processing because we cannot guarantee the timing: it depends on immigration, not us. We give you the real timeframe and file on the first working day. If your dates are tight, message us — we will check whether there is enough time and answer honestly.
What if immigration delays the decision?
We keep supporting your application at no extra cost. Visio doesn't control immigration timing but we keep you updated on every change.
What about refunds?
The service portion is refundable if we haven't started work yet. Government fees are non-refundable once filed. See our Refund Policy for details.
